DNA-SDS-PAGE analysis
of rice SSPNs. Protein samples (5 mg) were
loaded on a 12.5% (v/v) polyacrylamide gel, containing 0.02% (w/v) ssDNA.
after electrophoresis and renaturacion of proteins, the gel was incubated
in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 5.5 containig 10mm zinc, overnight. Lanes
1-4, samples from 1-,2-,3- and 4-week-old cells.
