Association and dissociation rate constants of CTX, kon and koff, and the dissociation constant KD, were measured at + 30 mV on single maxi-K channels. Each value represents the mean ± SE of the number of measurements reported (n), each employing 100-246 blocking events of a single channel in a separate bilayer.
