Figure 2. Three genes with up-regulated expression in EC and EMB as compared to NEC in both clonal sets. Two sets of tissue culture clones (FC1825 and FC2185) were used to determine the expression patterns of these genes using quantitative real-time PCR. Normalized expression levels were calculated from the mean values of 2 amplification reactions and the error bars represent ± standard deviation. At p-value of 0.15 generated by the ANOVA, only DW247830 and DW248696 showed significant differential gene expression between EC/EMB and NEC.
