Table 1. Specific rates of some amino acids at early idiophase in A. niger. Values were calculated from Kubicek et al. (1979), Ma et al. (1985) and Kubicek and Röhr (1986). The percentage of each aminoacid in the biomass composition (reported for Penicillium) was taken from Jorgensen et al. (1995).
